Peace Leadership Development Curriculum.
What is the Peace Leadership Development Curriculum?
The Peace Leadership Development Curriculum was created in 2016 and is a self-paced, virtual course of study. The curriculum explains and defines integral peace leadership and contains expansive areas for learning, growth, and understanding of Innerwork, Knowledge, Communities, and Environments and subtopics within each area. Each subtopic module contains an overview, which describes each subtopic; videos, which discuss each subtopic from the perspective of an expert; practical applications, which give participants ideas and tools to on how to put each subtopic into practice; and references and resources, which provides a list of books, articles, and websites that participants may want to explore for further information. Finally, the curriculum examines how each of these areas can be utilized together in the practice of integral peace leadership.
